Made to Order Policy

You are part of a special inner circle of fellow cowgirls who managed to secure your very own pair of stunning, handmade, leather cowgirl boots that are specifically made-to-order JUST FOR YOU – like how lucky are you right now! 

The Phoenix Boots are an investment piece that are designed to be treasured forever, and such pieces do require a bit of time, patience and grace. But the very best things in life take time! Placing an order means you understand and agree with the terms below:

Pre-order timings

Due to the very detailed level of handmade work required for each pair of Phoenix Boots, pre-order production is expected to take 8-10 weeks. Then we need to allow time for international airfreight, customs clearance, regional truck delivery, quality control, handpacking and then courier to wherever you are in the world.

For this reason, we do not provide an exact ETA on your delivery as there are so many moving parts and variables. Instead we aim to keep everyone in the loop with all production milestones shared on Instagram, so everyone is updated all at once (ie you will get no extra information by emailing us for production updates separately). And sometimes milestones can move through quicker than we expect, you just never know! 

You will receive an email with your unique tracking link when your Phoenix boots are officially on the way to you, so until then, just sit back and relax with a marg, and enjoy seeing your beautiful boots being created on Instagram.  

Please also note, no changes can be made to size or colourway once you place your order as your specifications go directly to our manufacturer so they can start planning production.

Refund policy

As your Phoenix Boots are made-to-order in your size and calf preference, they are your boots from the time you place your order. This means we do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds, and onselling is the full responsibility of the purchaser (we will not promote individual resellers on Instagram). We have seen the Phoenix Boots snapped up in seconds on resale sites, so we have full faith you will be able to pass your pair on quickly if they are not the perfect fit.

Desert Dreamer Ltd is a solo-female-owned small business. Your kindness and patience is appreciated. We reserve the right to refund and cancel any order at any time if we see fit.
